Maître praticienne en hypnose transformatrice - Institut de formation en hypnose et coaching (1230 hours)

When I turned to hypnotherapy in 2022, I wanted to explore a field of care that values the emotional, intuitive, and imaginative landscape of people’s mind. Since then, I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to delve deeper into the unconscious, accompanying folks in their inner worlds. The unconscious communicates in symbols, images, feelings, and characters, and hypnosis allows us to speak its language.

Daily, I witness how integrating such imagery into the therapeutic experience makes it easier to embody our insights and the change we desire. What inspires me most about hypnotherapy is seeing people rediscover hidden abilities, feel more confident, regain hope and allow themselves to live more authentically.

I’ve been a community worker for the last decade and this social role is also essential to me. In my current part-time work as a sexual health counsellor within the queer community, I support folks while also advocating for systemic change. When working with marginalized people, I believe it’s crucial to be aware of the systemic realities and dynamics that influence people’s lives and the therapeutic process. Although hypnotherapy is a transformation and solution-oriented practice, I care to hold what’s difficult with empathy and to stay conscious of systemic barriers.

As a hypnotherapist, my approach is collaborative, placing one’s feelings, inner guidance and values at the heart of the process. By staying as authentic as possible in sessions, I aim to foster genuine exchanges where you feel comfortable being yourself. My approach is also non-judgemental: everything expressed and experienced in our work together is met with care and openness.
